Working Principle

The model 4 CNC pipe bending machine adopts two power sources, namely, servo motor and compressed air, to drive the equipment to realize high-speed and accurate digital control of pipe bending.
The disassembly actions of the machine include clamping, bending, core pulling, feeding and pipe turning.
Action flow of full-automatic bending:
    Clamping pipe fittings (air driven, including two pipe clamping actions of main clamp and guide clamp);
    Elbow (driven by servo motor, elbow is driven by planetary reducer and spiral bevel gear drive);
    Feeding (driven by servo motor and driven by grinding ball screw for pipe feeding and positioning);
    Rotating pipe (driven by servo motor, using planetary reducer and sprocket chain drive to rotate and position pipe fittings);
    Core pulling (air driven, used for bending of thin-wall and small radius pipe fittings, optional closing);

    Equipment Characteristics

    Mitsubishi plc+ self developed control system
    The CNC pipe bender adopts the CNC system independently developed by Mitsubishi plc+ to find the structural logic through the specially designed origin, so as to minimize the equipment accuracy error caused by each return to the origin. This machine can also use absolute value servo system to realize full closed-loop control with upper computer.
    Perfect alarm prompt function of pipe bender
    The control system of this machine is designed with various kinds of alarm prompt functions, which is convenient to quickly find out the causes of equipment failure and shutdown, and avoid equipment damage caused by errors.
    Extensibility of diversified automatic bending workstation
    The machine has reserved MES, robot, three coordinate and other interfaces to facilitate the extension and development of automatic workstation.
    Rigid transmission to improve accuracy and responsiveness
    The bending action of the CNC pipe bender is controlled by servo motor + precision reducer + fine grinding spiral teeth. The whole transmission chain is connected by steel, which further improves the response accuracy of the bending angle.
    Gas electric power source environmental protection and energy saving
    Compared with the hydraulic pipe bender, the model 14 CNC pipe bender is driven by compressed air and servo motor, which is more energy-saving and environmental friendly, and avoids the problems of high temperature heating and oil leakage of the hydraulic system.
