The model 89 CNC pipe bender can process pipe fittings with the maximum diameter of 89mm. The main structural parts of the machine are integrally formed by casting parts, and the structure is firm and reliable. The equipment pushes the rack elbow through the oil cylinder, with great bending torque, suitable for bending medium and large diameter and thick wall pipe fittings. This machine can be equipped with powerful rear boost function to realize the bending of 1dr thin-walled stainless steel pipe.

Working Principle

The model 89 CNC pipe bender uses two power sources, servo motor and hydraulic pressure, to drive the equipment to realize the one-time bending forming of three-dimensional space bending products.
The disassembly actions of the machine include clamping, bending, core pulling, feeding, pipe turning, trusteeship and side auxiliary pushing.
Action flow of full-automatic bending:
1. Clamping pipe fittings (hydraulic drive, including two pipe clamping actions of main clamp and guide clamp);
2. Elbow (driven by oil cylinder, the oil cylinder pushes the rack to drive the gear to rotate for elbow, and the encoder controls the angle);
3. Feeding (driven by servo motor, planetary reducer and gear rack vice drive for pipe feeding and positioning);
4. Rotating pipe (driven by servo motor, the space angle between two bending arc planes is positioned during continuous bending);
5. Core pulling (hydraulic drive, used when bending thin-wall and small radius pipe fittings, can be closed);
6. Trusteeship (lift the longer pipe fitting to avoid the pipe fitting sagging and leaving the wheel model cavity);
7. Side auxiliary pushing (controlled by oil cylinder, carried out simultaneously with the bending action, and assisted the forming of pipe fittings).
