This CNC pipe bender is equipped with 4-axis servo motor drive control, and has the function of stretch bending + roll bending. Roll bending function can realize space continuous variable diameter arc pushing processing through three-axis linkage.
The rear pushing function can be realized by upgrading the high torque feeding servo system to meet the processing of 1dr small radius thin-walled pipe bends.
This series of CNC pipe benders has the structural design of multi-layer die, which can realize the bending of a single pipe fitting with different bending radii, and can realize the continuous bending processing without straight line segments.
The full series of CNC pipe benders are equipped with 3D import self programming function of pipe fitting drawings and files, and 3D preview function of pipe fittings. Robot automation interface, three coordinate detection interface and MWS interface are reserved.
The die interface of this series of CNC pipe benders adopts the quick change design. After replacement, it only needs to adjust the clamping die preload, which is convenient to adjust.
